What this class will teach you

The benefits to Ninja Obstacle training are massive. Ninja warrior and obstacle courses give an interesting, energizing and, above all, fun approach to exercise. Oftentimes the obstacles are unbalanced and sufficiently distinctive from the run of the mill movements individuals are used to amid normal exercise, resulting in an exercise that hits far more muscle groups. When Kids are participating in weight-bearing exercises, their bones become stronger and more dense. In Ninja classes, kids are constantly counterbalancing gravity with the power of their weight to move their bodies. Scientific evidence suggests that adult bone well-being is identified with the measure of physical activity done as a child. So, more exercise as a child equals stronger bones as an adult.

Human movement, kids learn how to move their bodies in a gymnastic and calisthenic manner
Agility: Agility not only plays a role in sports of all types, but also helps prevent injury. Students that practice side to side motions train their muscles to turn in new directions. By increasing the strength of joints, students are decreasing the risk of injury, including sprained ankles. In addition, benefits of ninja training transfer into other sports.
Spatial Awareness: A key benefit of ninja training is spacial awareness. Ninja students must understand the obstacle, where it lies in comparison to their body, and how to move their body to conquer it.
Learn To Fall Safely: Ninja obstacles are not easily conquered on the first try. Ninja students must try and try again (ok, the #5 benefit is perseverance). When students enter class, they are taught how to fall safely, whether from a rope, bar, or obstacle.
Strength: increase muscular strength in upper and lower limbs. Utilizing body weight exercises that are safe and fun for kids
